The Muslim Society of PEI is planning to expand Masjid Dar as-Salan Mosque with the future construction of an Islamic community centre. Phase One of the project is the extension of the parking lot to 55 parking spaces that are urgently needed.
The total cost of Phase One is $100,000. The Muslim Society is contributing $40,000 and needs to raise $60,000. So far, the Muslim Society was able to raise $33,763. Work on the parking lot extension has already begun.
